One of the greatest treasures in life is to spend quality time with the one, or to something you love the most. We are in the era of fast technology, wherein people of todays generation are so active..or shall i say, like the computer, we are already 'multi-task humans'. Many parents and 'forefathers', if they're still around, were sometimes confused if we young generations, are still in the good state of minds because of our fast, immeasurable & unpredictable activities so many times.
Sometimes we want to relax, so we call a time out to spend time with our family...but our laptop is just with us. Our mobile phone is busy all the time.. We supposed to spend 'Quality Time' with them, but wait! "I have an emergency call to attend to.....sorry, i'll be back right away. Promise..."
In that picture, we can say that multi-task individuals like you and me also wanted to spend time with our love ones regularly.... but half-heartedly. 'cause there are times, we need to cutoff some of our time with them in order to attend stat biznes calls, etc.. At this point, let me also add one more mixture to make you more conscious of time... When was your last time you spent "Quality Time" with your Creator? Learning to fight some good moments with your family is wonderful, but learning to fight your quality moments with God is the most greatest of all.
One of the most neglected time actually in this busy world is to have a lengthy time conversation with our Lord. God is not tough with your "hellos & goodbyes" way of coming before Him. He wanted to communicate with you- everyday - in order for you to receive proper instructions in claiming the right blessings He prepared for you and me. He wants to say, hey, 'i'm your Lord!' Which means, the One-in-Charge over you, 'so better seat down and let's have a talk.' You may be a generous or a giver person, praise God, He loves cheerful givers & generous individuals....but still He's waiting for you to take a moment and whispers ... "Let's talk my child". Because our God Almighty wants to reveal His wonderful plan and blue prints of your life.. His plan is to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future..... How can you hear His voice if most of your time, you keep on running and hurrying to catch something or someone. We only remember God many times when we experience difficulties and problems in life.
One time not long ago, my wife met an old man, a car dealer - in the mall who's accusing God of being unfair because he experienced and is still experiencing so much difficulties in life. My wife Dorothy joyfully mentioned the goodness of God but the man closed his heart to accept the good side of having God in his life. My wife offered a prayer, at first he was hesitant but when we left he finally requested that we include him in our prayers later. It's amazing to see some or many people who experienced trouble in life and reacts negatively to God instead of being sorry for not building a relationship with Him. God hates poverty. But still many people experience it because they refuse to accept Him as Lord and spend quality time with their Creator, who knows what's best to those who come and earnestly seek Him. He is not interested to listen to the prayers we've memorized. God wants to hear our prayers, our very personal words that exactly come from our hearts and minds. He's longing to give you peace, the peace that no body in this world can give. He likes to give you assurance in your future, so that you will not be in a hurry everyday.
Each day as you open your eyes from your bed, take a moment and spend a quality time praying and giving thanks as you dedicate the day before God. Ask Him favor, guidance and kindness...and through out the day, have an expectant heart of His blessings to flow over you. Be sure to have a word/s taken from His Bible, each day of your life, for you to ponder as you claim God's goodness and faithfulness. And seal it in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

Wonderful Creation
When you go to places untouched by human hands, there you can see how our God designed such place by His own ways.. Everything that God make is absolutely wonderful, perfect and amazing. But many times our minds believe that we can recreate or transform the natural creations by our own ability, but many times these things turn spoil and wreck.
This is exactly our picture in the sight of our Creator. God created us in His own image and likeness, and He said it is good. We act like God to ourselves, we redesign even our own bodies, destroying our own identity just to look like or follow other people ways especially those whom we admire most. We are created unique but we want to be like some other individuals, copy their every steps or action..
The original plan of our God Almighty is to display His splendor, plan and purpose to each and everyone of us. He likes to communicate with you during your quiet moments so that He can allot your portion and enjoy life to its fullness. None in the Lord's vocabulary to hand you over to suffering or difficulties. Because His word says that His plan to you is to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future. Anybody can tell you promises, and almost everyone neglects the promise. But we have God Almighty who can and will fulfill what He had promised. He is faithful even though many times we are faithless. When we rely on our own strength and ability, we end up frustrated and despair many times. But when we allow the Creator of all to move and work over our lives, He sees to it that you will receive all the things He wanted to give for you. And He gives beyond measure..
Our Heavenly Father desires to see you living in abundance. His word says that He delights in our prosperity. Some people has different view on their Creator, they look at Him as a hard God, a man up there, a god who counts all merits first before he gives them rewards, and on and on.... This view is exactly the opposite of the character of God. Yes He hates sin, because His kingdom is pure and full of light. Since sin is darkness, God absolute hate it. But wait, you must know that our God is a loving God. And His love for you and me is immeasurable, if fact, it is an unconditional love. You don't have to do everything to gain His favor. You don't have to work hard, be a good man/woman out there, becomes the best and topnotcher in your school, perform rituals or punish yourself to be sorry to the sins you've done and gain merit or favor before God.
For God so loved us all, that He gave His one and only Son Jesus Christ as the ultimate sacrifice, so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have life everlasting. For us to claim freely the promises of God prepared for us ever since, we must surrender or give up first our own ability, talent, strength, wisdom and even our intellect before God. We are mislead when any among these will serve as a license in order to gain favor to God. The only way for you to gain the real favor of God is to acknowledge and be sorry from all your sins, then receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, ask Him to forgive you and invite Him to live in your heart. After this very simple prayer, you must believe that God heard you, which in fact, He did. That simple prayer leads you to a long fruitful and meaningful journey.
He will display His power upon your life when you keep on trusting Him. You need to read the bible in order to be guided and to claim all what He had promised. You should also look for a local church who teaches the bible that Jesus Christ is their Lord, in this way you will be guided and become strong with your relationship with the Lord.
Life is so wonderful. Don't waste it by doing what you think is best for you. Trust on Jesus, because He is the only way to the Father. And He will reward your faith.. You might be facing trouble right now. It might be beyond anyones control. This is the best way to be quiet and start asking God for help. Claim His promises, for He cares for you. He will not leave you because He always wanted to display His goodness and splendor on you. Remember this, God is not moved to any circumstance you are facing right now, He will move only when you put your faith in Him, trusting and believing Him to spare and save you from shame and trouble. Christ Jesus was hanged on the cross, taking all our humiliations, shames and sins. All these troubles cannot destroy or hold you and me anymore. If God is for us, who can be against us...
In our present world, we can only appreciate the beauty of God's creation when our hope is in the Lord. When you make God your refuge, He will restore everything that the enemy had stolen from you. Whatever it might be, your time, career, material things, even your finances. The devil will pay you back all these things with big interests.. All his (devil) accusations against you are invalid and will return back to him. For God has already made him powerless over your life. All we need is to stay strong in God's presence, be confident because He fights the battle for you. And being in God's side will automatically makes you a winner. God bless!
